Ethan Donovan is a specialist cleaner. He specializes in eradicating large scale evidence by disguising its destruction as natural disasters or industrial accidents.
He has worked for despotic governments and multinational syndicates.
5 years prior to his escape from a CIA black site, Donovan helped make East Pacific Freighter TR-128 disappear. The ship was carrying over 200 tons of gold concentrate that would have linked a Ugandan smuggling ring to Peter Kotsiopulos.
Ethan Donovan was hired by the Cabal to destroy any evidence that could expose them. The attacks were carried out as large scale fires.
